Help Scoring glitch

I am pleased to read about others scoring problems because some errors exist with mine. I just signed up yesterday and cannot get pass 80. But think some of my test must may not be at 4 taken already. I wish I had read the forum first. jsercye

I promise you, I have taken the CRM test 4 times and have answered the same questions the same way and have received different scores each time. NO WAY! And I had the book in front of me!

I have noticed this as well, swore I chose that answer and still comes up incorrect or an answer was answered exactly as it stated in the book and was incorrect. What's up with this? Debby

All you need to know about how bogus this whole procedure is, is to look at the people that run this program and their backgrounds. Enough said.

I find it odd that an admin refuses to post a comment on this forum. I am livid at how poorly run this test is. I was booted twice from the test for "double clicking" and they counted as test attempts. ADMIN PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.
