Your site has disconnected me 3+ times and some questions asked at not in the guide.

I have been cut off early. Ive hit "Accept" on an answer and it just sits there saying "connecting" and never connects. This is very unprofessional. I have lost 3+ attempts. I am sitting at an 84% and need an 85%. Also there are questions asked in the tests that do not appear in the online guide. This is a bit ludicrous if you ask me. For example. There are questions asking me what I do if a student is injured. Ranging from staying with the student, going to the office, sending the student to the office, and attempting to help the student myself. Yet none of these situations appear anywhere within the guide. Another question involving parental permission slips asking me wether I let the kid call his parent for permission, send them to the libary, send them to the office, or let them go to the office to see if they can get permission. Again NOTHING about permission slips of any kind is mentioned in your guide. Again this is overly frustrating. To be sitting at an 84% with a 16/18 in Classroom Management and a 13/15 in Teaching strategies and watch my chances of being able to apply dwindle because the answers to questions are not provided in the study guide and I am constantly disconnected and losing attempts...is infuriating to say the least.

I got my section that kept disconnecting reset. They also acknowledged that my guide was missing the ENTIRE sub orientation section. However I am still disconnecting when I finish my test so I don't get to see my wrong questions. However I just got an 85% so I guess it doesn't matter. Those questions are so much easier to answer when the answers are actually in the guide.
