I am looking for any substitute teachers who may have been treated unfairly recently by the management & administration of Kelly Educational Staffing Services anywhere in the USA.
Perhaps you either lost a position as a substitute because of KES giving the answer that they are using recently unemployed regular full time school teachers instead? Or perhaps they gave you impression you would be still able to use KES and do substitute teaching, but in the fall, you were deactivated from their systems.
If you have had ANY troubles with their management or upper level management, drop me a line. I am looking to possibly ban together and do a class action suit against them, if more people have been treated unfairly.

The biggest problem I've noticed is seeing messages posted on the log in page of the web site that says it is their policy... (fill in the blank) and it is things that I have never heard of before. I transferred over from the school district so I have been with them for a while and still haven't heard of these policies. They should distribute a policy manual if they want to make rules and distribute it every year.
