I took my SubAssessment test last year but i did not get 86 percent which is required by IL state. If i want to take again subassessment test this year. Do I need open my new account and purchase materials again ?

None, of my peers who have changed careers toward education, mentioned these testing nor this site. I believe most of them, just purchased their certificate for $50-$60 bucks, registered at their local school districts, took their TB shot...and waited to be called. Many of them...got full-time/permanent substitute positions and they were thrown straight into the fire, with no instruction/guidelines/curriculum. It was basically sink or swim!
