STEDIStrengths Pre-screening Tool

STEDI.org is pleased to announce the beta release of STEDIStrengths, a pre-screening assessment tool for school districts to add to their hiring process. Based on research conducted by the Substitute Teaching Institute at Utah State University and STEDI.org, STEDIStrengths assesses applicants in classroom management, teaching strategies and professionalism.

STEDIStrengths is designed to identify strengths and provide feedback and information to the applicant and the school district on additional training that may be required.

STEDIStrengths consists of:

33 weighted questions
Composite score for district interviewers
Instant feedback for applicants on skills to improve
Available 24/7
